Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our on-line timetable for Term 2 can be found on our google classroom. If you still need help accessing 2C google classroom please contact the school and I will get back to you. A daily lesson schedule will be posted each day in our Google classroom with what to do and a suggested time frame to follow. There will also be links to relevant online learning videos to help with most topics. The allocated times for each Key Learning Area is a recommended time only. This timetable is based on our usual day at school and we thought keeping a normal routine as much as possible was important. If the timetable does not suit you just change it to suit you. As long as the work is being completed it can be changed to suit you. If you work 3 days a week you may decide for them to do unsupervised work on those days and then have a math's day for example on the days you are home. It is entirely up to you.
Students learn at different paces, some students will find the work set challenging, others will be looking for more to do. Please remember we are always here to help and answer questions. We have included links to online games to consolidate and extend those who finish work early and we are available via Zoom and Google Classroom to work one on one to those needing support.
We do understand that working from home has many challenges and there will be days that just don’t go the way it was planned, welcome to teaching! Never before has parent/teacher relationships been so important, together we will continue to educate your child, hopefully in a fun, supportive and engaging way. There will be a zoom meeting at 10 am tomorrow if you would like to join us and say hello.
Stay healthy

For those that joined today it has changed slightly because you now need a password. Please go onto our google classroom to watch the how to video. The video will explain what to do.
Even though there is lots going on in the news and people are missing their friends, I am excited that we get to trial a different style of learning.
Work will be posted on Google Classroom on Wednesday each week, some will be new and some familiar. Your school work will include a grid each week. There is no specific order you need to follow however it is important for you to get as much done as possible to a high standard. Make sure you are asking mum/dad/brother/sister/cat/dog to help or give their opinion or feedback (if your cat talks back you may have some extra issues).
To access this week’s work, you first need to join our google classroom. There are detailed instructions on how to join our google classroom in the file attached to this post. Our code is: 42p6i4r
Once you have joined our classroom, go into google classroom, and click on ‘Classwork’ along the top of the page. Then look down the left hand side of the page and click on ‘Week 9 Learning Activities’. All the links and activities you need are grouped together under this heading. The first post shows you the week’s activities in the grid, and posts below provide any links or worksheets you need to complete them.
Good luck with everything!
